OUR STORY

Telfer Chocolatier wasn’t really meant to exist yet, we had a long-term plan to combine our skills and open up a little boutique café or shop... Then the hospitality industry disappeared overnight. So we figured, well, there’s no time like the present! With an abundance of time to spend inventing and perfecting our products & packaging, we dived right in.

To give you an idea of where we have come from; Andrew has spent years working as a pastry chef in some of the best kitchens in Scotland, including both Gleneagles and Cromlix Hotel. As a chocolatier, he loves to experiment and create delicious and exciting new products. Emma has spent 6 years in restaurant & hotel management in both Scotland and the Caribbean, with a huge focus on service and the customer experience. Most of her time was spent at Cromlix Hotel where we first met!

We’re both incredibly passionate about delivering not just delicious chocolates, but an exceptional experience. We hope you find something you like!

We also supply some small hotels and restaurants with our chocolates for petits fours, and can do individually packaged chocolates for wedding favours.
